About

I’m Dimos — a yoga teacher, storyteller, and lifelong student of movement, breath, and awareness.

For the past 10 years, I’ve balanced a corporate career in the Netherlands with my passion for yoga. Over time, yoga evolved from a personal practice into a steady anchor — helping me navigate fast-paced routines, full schedules, and the many transitions of modern life.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and breath-focused practices with a warm, grounding approach. My classes centre on mindful movement, nervous system support, and creating space — in the body, in the breath, and in the mind. Whether it’s a strengthening Hatha flow, an energising Vinyasa sequence, a deep Yin stretch or a soothing Restorative practice, my intention is always to guide people back to themselves.

I currently teach across Amsterdam and Haarlem and, alongside this, I’m developing my own small retreat space in Crete — a long-term project rooted in nature, simplicity, and community. The space is in the making, slowly being built with the intention of hosting intimate retreats and restorative gatherings in the future.

My teaching blends structure and intuition, discipline and softness, knowledge and curiosity. Yoga has supported me through many chapters, and I’m here to create environments where it can support others just as deeply.
