Every Sunday, I teach at Bluebirds Haarlem, offering two grounding practices to close the week with clarity and calm. My Hatha Yoga class focuses on mindful movement, alignment, and steady breath, helping you build strength and presence. The Stress Release session that follows is a softer, restorative practice designed to unwind tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for deep rest. Both classes complement each other beautifully — a reset for body and mind before the week begins.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a balanced practice of mindful movement, steady breath, and intentional alignment. It strengthens the body, calms the mind, and creates space for clarity and presence.

Stress Release Yoga
Stress Release Yoga is a gentle practice that combines Critical Alignment, Restorative shapes, and Yin-inspired stillness to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. By working with deep support, mindful breathing, and slow, intentional poses, the practice helps you unwind, reset, and create space for ease.
